The double braid patented system also provides protection against UV rays, providing additional security to aging. Contrary to conventional tubes, the nylon braid Xtreme whip is not fit, but it is braided directly on the tube and attached thereto by means of stainless steel or brass sleeves. The result is a high performance and durability in extreme situations. If you make a knot on the Xtreme hose the air flow remains constant. The Xtreme also achieves a higher burst pressure of more than twice the traditional tube. The nylon braid that covers, in addition to ensuring an excellent abrasion resistance, helps to reduce any losses in emergency situations, thanks to the natural tendency to close the holes, which characterizes the tracking subjected to pressure. The production is carried out by fully automatic lines designed and built internally, in the design of which has been given great importance to the quality checks, which are performed automatically on 100% of production. The most sophisticated lines is subjected to more than 30 tests on each individual tube. All non-compliant products are automatically rejected by the same production line.
