Watch Garmin MK1 Descent

GarminMk1 Descent™ is a new underwater computer/ clock. A full-featured multisport product, it combines Elevate™2 wristwatch cardio detection with multisport profiles, Smart Notification3 and automatic uploads via the Garmin Connect™ Mobile app to the online dive community.
Battery life: Up to 40 hours in dive mode and 20 hours in GPS4 mode, 10 days in smartwatch mode and 19 days in clock mode.

Incredibly complete and full of interesting features, it also has an extremely elegant, titanium grey design with a sapphire lens and black strap, and a bright 1.2" colour screen. 

The Garmin Descent™ Mk1 is the first dive computer with GPS1 surface navigation, TOPO colour maps and advanced multisport features, all in the size of a wristwatch. It has all the programs up to Rebrether and is equipped with GPS and GLONASS tracking that allows you to mark dive and emersion points for surface navigation.  The new Garmin Descent Mk1 never lets you down, supporting a variety of dive modes: single gas, multi gas (including nitrox and trimix), freediving and freediving. With 16GB of internal memory, you can save and analyze data from 10,000 dives and share it online via Garmin Connect™ and the mobile app. Based on the Bühlmann ZHL-16c algorithm, the new Descent Mk1 gives you the option of choosing from three sets of pre-installed traditional settings or switching to Gradient Factors customization to suit your needs. The integrated 3-axis compass makes it easy to navigate underwater, and its convenient, intuitive buttons allow you to view it easily and at any time on the display.

Wrist Heart Rate Surveying - The Descent Mk1 dive computer features the latest Garmin Elevate™2 wrist heart rate tracking technology (when worn in contact with the skin, not over the wetsuit or watertight suit). The sensor measures your heart rate 24/7 without the need for a chest strap.

Many sports, one device

Descent Mk1 has also been designed with athletes in mind in their sports and outdoor activities. It has multisport profiles for running, cycling, swimming, trail running, rowing, indoor training, cross-country skiing as well as triathlon and recreational activities such as hiking, indoor and outdoor rowing, SUP, climbing, downhill skiing and much more. You can’t do without your new Descent Mk1 anymore.

Smart notification

When paired with a compatible smartphone, it allows you to receive push notifications, SMS, incoming calls, and email alerts from your smartphone. It’s of course compatible with the Garmin Connect IQ platform, which lets you customize your watch dials, data fields, widgets, and activities. The Descent Mk1, with its built-in Bluetooth module, features Smart Notification3. Whenever you receive a notification, SMS, call or email from your paired smartphone, the Descent Mk1 vibrates slightly and allows you to automatically view information on the watch display.

The Descent Mk1 has been designed to satisfy the passions of all sportsmen and women with its PVD-coated EXO™ antenna that ensures precise position data at all times. The high-resolution, anti-reflective colour Chroma™ screen with LED backlighting allows data to be accessed in all lighting conditions, ensuring optimum visibility even below water level.
